So you want a web site? Jottit is ridiculously simple. The first page you arrive at seems so bare that you might even think you've missed something but it really is just a matter of starting by typing something and away you go.

This could be really useful if all you want to do is put some notes on-line in a hurry. It is a bit basic, though, and you'll want to move on to some of the other options later but certainly a good place to start for beginners.
