SiteKreator is a real site creation tool but dead easy to use with excellent templates to choose from and, again, all you need do is type and name your pages and links.

Most options are now at a price but the link below takes you to a page where you can still get a personal free site. There are ads and if thery're too intrusive then this entry may have to bite the dust but I'll leave it for a little longer.
