FEEDBACK

Some people seem to worry about Twitter in the same way as they do about facebook and wonder how on earth it might be of value in the classroom. Whilst some people do tweet a load of rubbish there are many many more who provide valuable links, ideas, thoughts which, if you're looking for inspiration or just an answer to a question, could be helpful.

Searching twitter, looking for particular hashtags, can be rewarding and surprsing too. The results you'll get will be completely different to those from a Google search and sometimes that can be just what you need. Obviously, you need to be wary of results but links and images added to tweets can add considerable value to 140 characters. What I particularly like is the immediacy of twitter. You'll often discover what's being developed or happening in the world first there.
